Speech Pathologist - Voice Specialist - Vocal Coach

Hi! I’m Oya! I’ve been a Speech Pathologist more than 15 years. I’ve worked in various settings such as schools, skilled nursing facilities and outpatient clinics. Very early on in my career, I recognized that I have deep interest and love for voice, voice disorders, one’s quality of life, and voice therapy. As my career progressed, I realized my passion for providing gender affirming voice training to the trans and non-binary community. I came to notice the limitations in providing these services due to limited insurance coverage and difficulties accessing services. As a result, I have made it my mission to provide Gender-Affirming VoiceTraining a priority in my career and creating access to these services my responsibility. I’m very humbled and proud to be serving the community that I am a part of, and I feel lucky and privileged to be able to work where my biggest passion lies everyday.
